"Apart from exercising what keeps me healthy is sleeping enough hours, drinking at least 3 litres of water in a day, eating wholesome foods and meditating," she added to Hello London News. "Workout is just a part of our health routine, rest is eliminating things that suck on our energy, like sugar, loose talk, excessive caffeine, gossiping, alcohol, or sometimes toxic people, and replacing this with the right things which we know work for us".

Giorgia is also a yogi. "You are just one yoga session away from a good mood!" she captioned a recent post. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there many benefits of yoga including:

  • protection from injury

Giorgia doesn't diet. "I have healthy food as a lifestyle and I am a vegetarian. I constantly try to keep a low carbs intake, but wouldn't call myself a diet person. This is my lifestyle, I have never weighed my ingredients," she told WM Buzz. She also likes yogurt with chia seeds and honey. "And when I'm traveling I'll have cheesecake once," she added.

Giorgia is one of the many stars who starts their day with a favorite Ayurvedic drink. "I have hot water with lemon, I practice some pranayama and I start my day," she told WM Buzz about her morning ritual. "Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Based on the idea that disease is due to an imbalance or stress in a person's consciousness, Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment," says Johns Hopkins.
