In a shocking new report, Jamie Spears is being investigated by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly abusing one of his grandsons. This information comes right after news broke that Kevin Federline won more custody rights to the two children that he shares with Britney Spears.
TMZ released an article that says that Britney’s father and his 13-year-old grandson got into an argument that allegedly led to the man putting his hands on the child on August 24. The following morning, Kevin filed a police report.
‘Our sources say Jamie broke down a door to get to his grandson and grabbed him once he was in the room — however, we’re told there were no visible bruises or injuries to the child. Still, the incident was serious enough to Kevin that he reported it the next to day to the Ventura Co. Sheriff’s Department. We’re told investigators have already interviewed witnesses and turned over their findings to the D.A.’s Office.’

This comes just after it was learned that Kevin and Britney formally decided on a new custody agreement. The singer gave up her 50/50 rights to where Kevin now has 70%. Sources claimed that it has been that way for a long time but they just wanted to get it documented.
Over the last year, Britney has been struggling with her mental health. She bravely sought treatment but her troubles continue behind the scenes.
There has been speculation that being under a conservatorship by her father and lawyer is adding to her problems and not helping them. It has been sparking a #freebritney movement since spring of this year.
Meanwhile, Britney recently shared that she didn’t know who to trust in an Instagram post that read: ‘Living in LA is such a trip !!! It can be lonely at times.
