Briana DeJesus claimed that Kailyn’s story was cut for time since there was a lot going on with Jade Cline‘s storyline. Briana and Jade’s stories overlapped for the episode, and we saw the dramatic aftermath of Jade’s plastic surgery.
During the episode, Jade’s mother left her daughter in pain while trying to fill her post-surgery prescriptions, and many fans wondered just exactly what her mother was doing. But instead of letting rumors swirl, Jade addressed the issue head on.
